Our work is grounded in Dr. Palko’s research on how humans build knowledge, develop understanding, and learn to communicate with clarity. We translate these interdisciplinary insights into practical learning experiences—designed to support teachers, build confidence in students, and strengthen literacy outcomes over time.
Steffen E. Palko spent 34 years in the energy industry and co-founded XTO Energy, which became an S&P 500 company in 2006. Beginning in 1986, he served in a variety of educational leadership roles at the national, state, and local level.
After obtaining a Doctorate in Education, he devoted the next chapter of his career to teaching and mentorship—spending 12 years in TCU’s College of Education, helping prepare the next generation of educators and leaders. Today, his work bridges enterprise and education, focusing on pragmatic innovation, character, and service.
